Bio-impedance analysis is a one noninvasive measurement which approaches to assessing the clinical condition of the human body. The performer of Cole-Cole-cole model analysis is the most implemented to obtain the parameters is related to the real human body composition by curve fitting. This paper reviews a method Cole parameter estimation to get the 5 compositions of tissue dielectric,1) DC resistance (R0), 2) infinity resistance (R∞), 3) capacitance (C), 4) time constant (τ) and 5) its exponent order (0 〈 α ≤ 1). The reactance and resistance of the body was measured at the 4 different parts of the body, right arm, left arm (RR-LA), right arm-right arm (RA-RA), right arm-right foot (RA-RF) and right arm-left arm (RA-LF). The measurement data were used to estimate the Cole-Cole-cole model plot. Then the estimation of 5 parameters of Cole-Cole-cole model were explored and computational simulation. After that the electronics component were used to make the phantom which equivalent to human body tissues. The impedance measurement confirmed that the Phantom model gives value closed to the human body impedance.
