We aim to investigate the infection rate of plant pathogenic microorganisms on ginseng, perilla and sesame organic seeds. Four ginseng cultivars were infected with Alternaria sp. (35.2%) and Penicillium sp. (15.2%), and Pseudomonas sp. (35.5%) was infected. Five sesame seeds were infected with Alternaria sp. (26.0%) among fungi, and Pseudomonas sp. (40.0%) was infected with bacteria. and the average germination rate is good at 81.0%. Among the five sesame varieties, Ansan and Gangan varieties were not infected with fungi at all, whereas dry white, Gangheuk, and Daheuk varieties were infected with more than 25% of the fungus, and bacteria were found to be infected with more than 30% of all 5 varieties. Five perilla seeds were infected with Alternaria sp. (19.0%) among fungi, and Pseudomonas sp. (50.0%) and Bacillus sp. (21.0%) were infected with bacteria. The average infection rate of perilla seeds was 19.0%, whereas the average rate of infection by bacteria was 71.0%, and the average germination rate was 94.0%. Dulsaem variety (0%) was not infected with fungi at all, but the fungus was infected more than 20% of the 4 varieties, including Daesil and Danjo, and 100% of the bacteria were infected with two varieties of Daesil and Dulsaem. Was found to be more than 30% infected.
