The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual condition of beauty psychological healing experience in female cancer patients and to examine the effect of psychological state on return to work after beauty psychological healing experience. The subjects of this study were 200 female cancer patients who had left or left the workplace after diagnosis of cancer. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 22.0 program. As a result, women cancer patients are interested in beauty psychological healing and received beauty psychological healing to improve physical side effects caused by chemotherapy. Psychological status of female cancer patients who experienced beauty psychological healing had a positive effect on their return to work; cancer survival rate is increasing and cancer development age is decreasing. Therefore, in order to increase the willingness of cancer patients to return to work, the beauty psychological healing program should be embodied and systematized.
