MINI-ABSTRACT:: We report a case with a primary intracardiac lipoma in the right ventricle protruding to the outflow tract and resultant obstruction. As the sustained symptoms and the potential for malignancy were low, the tumor was surgically removed to obtain a suitable route to the right ventricular outlet.
