This study aims to verify the relationship between perceived interpersonal relationship support among dance major college students and grit, resilience, and dance burnout. Data collected from 279 dance major university students were analyzed using SPSS and Amos version 29.0 software. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation anal ysis, descriptive statistics analysis, convergence validity, measurement model, structural model, and alternative mod el were validated. The analysis results indicated that, firstly, the alternative model was found to be superior to the research model. Secondly, it was revealed that peer relationship support has a significant static impact on grit. Thirdly, peer relationship support was found to have a significant positive impact on resilience. Fourthly, grit was found to have a significant positive impact on resilience. Lastly, resilience was found to have a significantly neg ative impact on dance burnout. This study is expected to provide empirical information that can be applied in prac tical settings such as education and dance companies.
