The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of early childhood teachers in integrated education, their attitudes toward integrated education, their relationship with colleagues, and their working environments. To do this, we surveyed 433 teachers working in day-care-centers in D city and K province from December 2015 to January 2016. To analyze the relationship between variables, collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation model for statistical The results were as follows: First, there is a correlation among their role performance of integrated education, attitude to integrated education, colleague relationship, and their working environment. Second, the attitude to integrated education has a direct effect on their colleague relationship and the role performance. Also their colleague relationship directly influences the working environment. Last, the structural relationship among variables of the integrated education of early childhood teachers showed that early childhood teachers’ attitude to integrated education indirectly influence working environment through the colleague relationship.
