Social efforts are being made little by little to improve the working conditions and working environment of call center counselors. In light of this movement, cultural products based on call centers are emerging in the cultural world, such as the novel Call Center and the movie Aloners. Cultural representation based on the workplace of the call center has the function of socialization as a kind of cultural citizen movement that raises society's interest in "shadow labor," which exists only in voices and is not easily visible, and calls for the spread of social support for improving actual treatment such as wage systems and breaks. As one of the poorly valued jobs, cultural commercialization and public consumption of call centers secure social significance as part of the pursuit of social culture and social norms of a community that protects human dignity and symbiosis, while reminding the existence of other types of non-regular workers. Moreover, Emphasizing the importance of emotions as a component of living a human-like life, the short life of extreme emotional labor, the formation of a social culture that is faithful to one's emotions and wants to live a true life, and the cultural products in this paper contribute to solving unreasonable oppression culture.
