Agripreneurship is one approach to revitalizing and modernizing a country's agricultural sector by converting raw agricultural produce into high-valueadded products. However, this is not easy, as young agripreneurs face challenges such as limited access to financial services, knowledge, information, and education, as well as limited access to markets, among many other agricultural resources. This study aimed to identify the factors limiting the value-adding capacity of young agripreneurs in the Philippines with the guidance of the “6 Ms for Enhanced Agripreneurship,” namely, Mindset, Mentoring, Money, Markets, Mastery, and Machines, derived from the Department of Trade and Industry's 7 Ms. The respondents are 60 individuals who graduated from the Young Filipino Farmers Training Program in Japan between 2014 and 2018, living in various regions of the Philippines. The following limitations have been identified from the findings: lack of participation in mentoring programs, lack of easily accessible government facilities where agriproducts can be marketed, lack of agribusiness mastery, and limited access to government machinery assistance. Promotion of these government programs through social media has been identified as a potential improvement, as has broadening the scope for identifying training beneficiaries to avoid having the same attendees for the training sessions. Raising awareness, expanding the scope of participants, and, most importantly, improving access to various programs can all contribute to overcoming the identified limitations.
