In this paper, using information technology, Active measures to enable e-commerce in agriculture is discussed. Empirical survey of agricultural e-commerce to the consumer satisfaction were conducted. In addition to, as a e-commerce features, information, convenience, interface presented. After research results, I think information, convenience, interface is important to consumer. Consumers will be spent on activities having a new value. To respond to these consumers, Companies must evaluate the internal capabilities. and outside the assessment continuously. Empirical survey shows that freshness and reliability of agricultural products are important in e-commerce. Agricultural certification system should be introduced for the positive e-commerce Agricultural e-commerce will give an effective tools to companies. Therefore, agricultural e-commerce should be done as soon as possible positively.
