In recent years, with the rapid development of global 3D printing technology, new equipment and new materials are constantly updated. At the same time, many research teams have carried out a number of studies in intelligent robots, dexterous manipulators and other fields, which are of great significance in medical and other fields, based on 3D printing technology and flexible printing materials, 3D hand models are designed and prepared. In this study, with reference to the real data of the hand, the parts of palms, knuckles and connectors are drawn by 3D modeling software, and then print out the hand prototype with TPU filament, and the first knuckles models of various infill densities and patterns are prepared. Through the compressive test, the knuckles printed with triangle pattern and 80% density have the highest value in all properties. When the infill density is 20%, the compression characteristic values of the knuckles of the three patterns are the most similar. This shows that the triangle pattern has stable and solid physical properties. At the same time, this study also hopes that the 3D printed hand model can be as conductive as human hands, can simulate human touch mobile phone screen, etc., so through the relevant literature research, the first finger model of 8wt%GR/WPU solution was selected for dipping coating, and compressive test and electrical conductivity of the first knuckles was tested. Through the test, the compression property of the first knuckle dipped in 8wt%GR/WPU is obviously higher than that of the original first knuckle, indicating that the graphene coating has a certain toughness and enhances its properties. The experimental results show that the first knuckles of various infill densities and patterns dipped with 8wt%GR/WPU have electrical conductivity, when the first knuckles impregnated with graphene solution are subjected to a certain pressure, the surface resistance changes obviously. Through various experiments, it is proved that TPU filament material is a suitable hand model material, and the first knuckles dipped in graphene solution have the characteristics of electrical conductivity and compression resistance, so it can be used as a conductive sensing material for soft robot hands.
