The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for planning the exercise program of preschooler by the comparison of the factors-the physical strength and the structure of body measured before and after the program- on the three groups of 7 years old preschooler, a total of 180, belong to J city, and each group conducts exercise program 1,2 and 4 times a week. The following is the result of this study.1. Comparison of the structure of body between each group1) The higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the level of height was. And in case of the change rate of height on the groups, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants, and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.2) In case of female infants, the higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of weight was, but there was not meaningful difference between groups. In case of male infants, the change rate of weight on the group of 4 times a week was meaningfully higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week, but there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants. According to the result after the program, the change rate of weight on the group of 4 times a week was higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week.3) In case of the change rate of sitting height, the group of 4 times a week was the highest, the group of 1 time a week was the next, and the group of 2 times a week was the last. And in case of the change rate of sitting height on the groups, there was not meaningful difference between groups.4) The higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of the girth of the chest was. Especially in case of male infants, there was meaningful difference between groups, and the change rate of the girth of the chest on the group of 4 times a week was higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program. In case of the change rate of the girth of the chest, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants, and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.2. Comparison of the physical strength between each group1) In case of the change rate of the muscular endurance, the group of 4 times a week was meaningfully higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week. In case of the change rate of the muscular endurance on groups, there was meaningful difference between groups by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.2) The higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of the power was and there was meaningful difference between groups. According to the result after the program, the change rate of the power on the group of 4 times a week was higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week. In case of the change rate of the power on groups, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants, and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.3) The higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of flexibility was and there was meaningful difference between groups. According to the result after the program, the change rate of flexibility on the group of 4 times a week was higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week generally. In case of the change rate of flexibility on groups, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants. And according to the result after the program, the higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of flexibility was.4) In case of the change rate of balance, there was meaningful difference on groups and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program. In case of the change rate of balance on groups, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants, and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.5) The higher the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants was, the higher the change rate of agility was and there was meaningful difference between each group. According to the result after the program, the change rate of agility on the group of 4 times a week was higher than the one on the groups of 1,2 times a week. In case of the change rate of agility on groups, there was meaningful difference by the frequency of participation in the physical education of infants, and the group of 4 times a week was higher than the groups of 1,2 times a week according to the result after the program.
