With the development of the society, the attitude of the staff within the organizations has been changing constantly. In the past, the staff regard wok as the most important thing, while nowadays, they lay more emphasis on their life quality. The work-life balance has great influence on the staff such as the low work efficiency, the complaint about working, the reduction of organizational commitment, the great work stress and even the turnover intention. Therefore, under the drastically changing economic and social environment, the enterprises are supposed to improve the staff’s work and life level for the purpose of attracting and retaining the talents. Under this background, the purposes of this dissertation are as follows: firstly, analyzing the influence of the staff’s work-life balance on their turnover intention; secondly, analyzing whether there exist any moderating variable and mediating variable between the work-life balance and the turnover intention. In order to realize the research purpose, the author has made the questionnaire survey at 8 middle and small-size enterprises in Gyeonggi-do hanam city, from November 2013 to January 2014, distributing 500 questionnaires and taking back 421 questionnaires, among which 389 questionnaires are effective. The SPSS21.0 has been applied to the statistical analysis of the questionnaires. In the first step, it tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey. Then, it carried on the correlation analysis of the relationship between the variables, on the basis of the relative relationship it carried on regression analysis of the variables.Through the analysis of data, the research results of this dissertation are as follows: 1. The work- family balance, the work-leisure balance and the work-growth balance all have negative effects on work Stress. 2. The work- family balance, the work-leisure balance and the work-growth balance all have negative effects on turnover intention. 3. The work Stress plays partial mediating role in the work- family balance, the work-leisure balance, the work-growth balance and turnover intention. 4. The stability of employment plays a moderating effect on the work-leisure balance, the work-growth balance and the work stress. 5. LMX has moderating effect between the work stress and turnover intention.Through the above research results, we have learned some enlightenments. 1. Since the work-life balance has significant influence on work stress and turnover intention, it is essential to improve the work and living level of the employees. In order to reduce the staff’s turnover intention, the organizations are supposed to improve the work-life balance through the management system and measure of human resource. 2. Because the mediating function of work pressure between the work-life balance and turnover intention, it is pivotal to reduce the staff’s work stress. On the level of the human resource management, the organizations are supposed to reduce the staff’s work stress through providing training and development opportunity for the staff, proper authorization and giving the staff moderate freedom. 3. Since the instability of employment have the moderate function on the work-life balance, the influencing factors incurring the employment instability should be found out in order to improve the staff’s sense of employment stability. 4. The relationship of LMX has moderating function between the work pressure and turnover intention, therefore it needs to use all kinds of positive strategies to improve the relationship between the employees and the employers.This dissertation has some limitations:Firstly, the research approach has its own limitation. Since this thesis use the analytical method by questionnaire, it could not guarantee the objectivity, which may affect the research result.Secondly, this dissertation mainly adopts the cross-sectional method, but in the later study, it should be combined with longitudinal study thorough analysis between variables changes with the change of time.Lastly, in this dissertation the author chiefly analyzed the influence of the work-life balance, but in the later study, the influencing factor of the work-life balance should be attached more importance to.
