With the increase in logistics demand and the rapid development and prosperity of mobile technology, there are more and more usage scenarios for logistics apps. Therefore, this study presented a new model for continuous use based on the UTAUT (Integrated Technology Acceptance Theory) regarding the continued use of logistics apps, and empirically verified the causal relationship between influencing factors. On the basis of previous research, we constructed operational definitions and questionnaires for 8 variables of the research model for the empirical studies. A total of 378 samples were collected from September 1st, 2022 to September 15th, 2022 finally 312 data were used. To ensure the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. The values of convergent validity, Cronbach's Alpha, discriminant validity, and model fit were confirmed. And a structural model analysis of the research hypothesis was carried out. As a result of the study, it was found that effort expectancy, social influence, brand trust, and information quality had a positive impact on the intention to use logistics apps. And it was found that the intention to use the logistics app had a positive effect on the use behavior.And the perceived risk was found to have a negative effect on the intention to use the logistics app. The results of this study suggest that the logistics app developers should consider the Perceived risk, Effort expectancy, Social influence, Brand trust, and Information quality that users perceived , which is the same as the recently advocated smart logistics trend.
