The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise load difference on blood latate concentration, circumference of upper limb and forearm, DOMS. The subjects selected eight male university students in their 20s who had 12 months or more of their resistance. The test was carried out after measuring the barbell 1RM.The type of exercise load was the muscle endurance type (20RM × 5set, 1 minute rest between sets), muscle mass (10RM × 5set, 2 minutes rest between sets), maximum muscle type (5RM × 5set, rest interval 3 minutes).All experiments were performed in random order at intervals of 10 days. The blood lactate concentration was measured after the exercise was stabilized, immediately after exercise, 5 minutes, and 30 minutes, and the arm circumference was measured immediately after exercising.Delayed spinal pain was measured by the VAS technique in the right arm, upper arm, upper arm, wrist, and wrist. VAS was measured at rest, immediately after exercise, 24 hours, 48 hours, 60 hours, and 72 hours, respectively.The data of this study were calculated according to SPSS 22.0. 본 연구는 바벨컬 운동시 운동부하 형태 차이가 혈중젖산농도 근둘레 및 지연성근통증에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 피험자는 저항운동 경력 12개월 이상인 20대 남자 대학생 8명을 선정하였다. 바벨컬 1RM 측정 후 본 실험을 실시하였다. 운동부하형태는 근지구력형(20RM×5set , 세트간휴식 1분), 근비대형(10RM×5set, 세트간휴식 2분), 최대근력형(5RM×5set, 세트간휴식 3분)으로 하였다. 모든 실험은 10일 간격으로 무작위 교차배분 하여 측정하였다. 혈중젖산농도는 안정시, 운동직후, 5분후, 30분후에 측정하였으며, 팔둘레는 우측의 위팔과 아래팔의 둘레를 안정시와 운동직후에 측정하였다. 지연성근통증은 VAS 기법으로 우측팔의 위팔두갈래근, 위팔세갈래근, 손목굽힘근, 손목폄근을 측정하였다.
