With the advent of the era of science and technology, innovation has increasingly become the core driving force of global economic development and growth. Countries around the world have formulated strategies and policies to encourage and support educational institutions to strengthen the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. China's higher education has also begun to actively respond to the call of the international community, innovate the traditional higher education concepts, objectives, contents, and models, meet the challenges of the new normal economy to innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and cultivate talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, attitude, skills, and knowledge. However, in recent years, although innovation and entrepreneurship education has been developed in China, due to the different emphasis of colleges and universities, and the constraints of teaching staff, funds and other factors, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China is slower than that in western countries, while the research achievements of entrepreneurship and innovation education with Chinese characteristics are less, the level is lower, and the gap with professional education research is obvious.Therefore, this study from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education research, through in-depth study of China's higher education talent training mode, combined with innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training important research enlightenment, through the research of Chinese innovation and entrepreneurship education in learner satisfaction, using the method of quantitative analysis, in-depth explore the important factors affecting innovation and entrepreneurship education and through the analysis of the influencing factors, this paper combs and constructs an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem with the characteristics of Chinese higher education personnel training. This not only helps to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in line with the requirements of "made in China 2025" and innovation driven development strategy, but also can become the key content and core goal of "double first class" construction and development of higher education in China's colleges and universities, which also plays a certain reference significance for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities.
