본 연구의 목적은 장기적인 수중재활운동이 뇌성마비 아동의 신체조성, 체력 및 폐활량에 미치는 효과를 검증하기위해 12명을 대상으로 운동 전, 운동 후 12, 운동 후 48주로 구분하여 기간별 변화를 알아보는데 있다.피험자는 S장애인 복지관에서 재활의학과 전문의에게 기초검진을 받은 7~11세의 중증도 뇌성마비 아동 12명을 대상으로 48주(60분/일, 3회/주) 수중재활운동을 실시하였다.운동 강도는 12~16(50~85% VO2max)RPE수준으로 실시하였고, 수중재활운동 전, 운동 후 12주, 운동 후 48주의 신체조성과 체력, 폐활량을 측정하여 기간별 차이(대응표본 t-test)를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 신체조성의 변인으로 신장, 체중, 제지방량, 체지방량, 복부지방률, 체질량지수, 기초대사량을 분석하였다.운동 전과 운동 후 12주의 신장, 체중은 통계적으로 증가하여 유의하였으나(P
The purpose of this study is that in order to verify the effects of long-term Aquatic Rehabilitation Exercises on children with cerebral palsy in terms of body composition & physical fitness and breathing capacity, we try to ascertain the change of effects by the periods of pre-exercise, twelve(12) weeks and forty(40) weeks after exercise on selected twelve(12) children with cerebral palsy.The testee children were selected from 'S' Community Rehabilitation Center among severely-handicapped twelve(12) children with cerebral palsy who have been primarily examined by rehabilitation specialist doctors in the range of 7 to 11 years of age and they have gone through aquatic rehabilitation exercises for forty(40) weeks(60 minutes/day, 3 times/week).The exercises were performed at the severity of RPE12~16(50~80% VO2max). They were measured in terms of body composition & physical fitness and breathing capacity by three periods of i) pre-exercise, ii)twelve (12) weeks after exercise, iii) forty(40) weeks after exercise and the following is analysis results of period-to-period differences(Correspondence Samplet-test).First, variants of body composition, such as height, weight, lean body mass, body fat mass, fat distribution, body mass index and basal metabolic rate were analysed.;As compared between pre-exercise and twelve(12) weeks after exercise, height, weight rate were significantly increased(P
