The purpose of this thesis is to develop a multicultural educationprogram using recall for Koreans and immigrants, to find a practical wayto operate a multicultural education program centered on communicationand dialogue, and to verify the effectiveness of the operation. In addition,through this thesis, the development of multicultural dialogue act testpapers and the development of flashbacks to improve the multiculturalacceptance of middle-aged Koreans and the ability of immigrants to adaptto Korean culture will be presented.In this study, the goals of multicultural education for Koreans andimmigrants were divided into communication domains, social relationsdomains, and self-actualization domains. The communication area aimed toform the knowledge and attitude necessary for successful communication.The goal of the multicultural education program was set and the contentswere designed to meet the goal.After setting the goal of multicultural education and the attitude of theleader in the multicultural education program, the actual program wasoperated using the ‘multicultural education program model’ developed usingdialogue and act-based recall based on cultural education. For the grandprize, Koreans and immigrants from Busan were recruited, and eachepisode consisted of 8-10 people. A total of 49 Koreans and 8 migrantwere conducted. During the period, from September 2020 to October 2021,a total of three multicultural education programs were implemented, andeach session consisted of a two-hour program a week for a total of tenhours of program operation for five weeks.In the post-test results of the satisfaction survey on multiculturaleducation programs among Koreans, all participants showed a high levelof understanding of classes in multicultural education programs, indicatingthat migrants' understanding and empathy for other cultures wereimproved. In addition, through interaction with other participants, they hadan opportunity to have an experience of exchanging different cultures in amulticultural education program. couldAs a result of the migrants' satisfaction survey on multiculturaleducation programs, all participants showed a high level of understandingof classes in multicultural education programs, suggesting that Koreansimproved their understanding and empathy for Korean society and culture.In addition, through interaction with other participants, they have anopportunity to have an experience of exchanging different cultures in amulticultural education program. It was found that part of the conflict hadbeen resolved.Therefore, this study planned and conducted a multicultural educationprogram for Koreans and immigrants, and verified the results andeffectiveness of the program operation. By constructing and operating amulticultural education program, we were able to grasp the improvementpoints of the multicultural education program. The improvement items forthe program contents are as follows.First, when making a program plan, it is necessary to revise theprogram with active content such as ballet, stretching, and dance sportsrather than static activities (decoration, drawing, sentence completion, etc.).Second, it is necessary to add content to learn other people's culture indetail to the program. Third, it is necessary to proceed with themulticultural education program for a long period of 3 to 6 months.However, this study has a limitation in that the training period is short asthe program of at least 3 months is reduced to 5 weeks and 10 hoursdepending on the Corona situation.In the future, we will create a multicultural reminiscence fairy tale thatallows migrants to clearly introduce and show their culture to Koreans,and conduct it like the current multicultural education program forKoreans, so that they can understand and communicate their culture moredeeply and form a consensus. Opportunities must be made In addition, ifthe research is conducted over a three- to six-month course and the timeand activities that migrants want are added, a plan for a multiculturaleducation program more suitable for migrants will be able to beestablished.
