짚신나물 (Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb)은 용아초 라고도 불리는 장미과 에 속하는 여러해살이 식물이다. 예로부터 한국과 중국에서 지혈, 궤양, 염증 등 다양한 증상 치료에 널리 사용되었다. 짚신나물의 추출물과 화합물을 이용한 항암, 항 산화, 항 염증 효과 등은 선행 연구되었고, 본 연구에서는 짚신나물의 전초를 추출 후 용매 분획하여 얻은 분획 물을 NO 활성 실험하여 EA 분획 층으로 선정하고 각종 크로마토 그래피를 반복 실험하여 11 개의 화합물을 분리하였다. 분리한 화합물은 NMR 및 MASS 등을 이용하여 분석하였다.화합물은 catechin(1), taxifolin-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(2), kaempferol-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(3), dihydrokampferol-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(4), agrimonolide-6-O-b-Dglucopyranoside(5), urachromone B(6), 1-(2-Methylpropanoyl) phloroglucinol glucopyranoside(7), urachromone A(8), 8-glucopyranosyl-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyrane-4-one(9), 1-isopropyl-5-benzenol-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(10), divarin-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(11)로 규명하였으며, 화합물 9 는 천연에서 처음 분리정제 되는 화합물이다.
Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb also known as hairy agrimony is a perennial plant in the Rosaceae family. It has been traditionally used to treat hemorrhage, boils and sores in Korea and China. Previous studies have been reported its extractions and compounds acting anti-cancer, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. This study attempts to isolate and identify the compounds from NO inhibitory fractionation of EA-soluble extracts. Eleven compounds were isolated from A. pilosa Ledeb by using various chromatographic methods. The structures of isolated compounds were determined by NMR and MASS spectroscopy.They were identified as catechin(1), taxifolin-3-O-b-Dglucopyranoside(2), kaempferol-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(3), dihydrokampferol-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(4), agrimonolide-6-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(5), urachromone B(6),1-(2-Methylpropanoyl) phloroglucinol glucopyranoside(7), urachromone A(8), 8-glucopyranosyl-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyrane-4-one(9), 2-(3-hydroxy-5-isopropylphenoxy)-6-(hydroxymethyl)-tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3, 4, 5-triol(10), divarin-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside(11). Among them, 9 was a new compound.
