Internet has become an indispensable part of present people’s lives since itappeared in 1960s. The development of Internet has promoted the rise ofE-Commerce-a brand new business form. More and more people started to buygoods on internet instead of going to shopping malls. There is no doubt thaton-line shopping has brought a lot of convenience and satisfaction to people. Thegoal of this study is to find out the positive and negative determinants causedsatisfaction of consumers in Chinese internet shopping malls and discuss thesolutions to build a better on-line shopping environment.For the research objective, this study was mainly carried on in two parts. First,we set up a research model and put forward hypotheses based on the related-viliteraturereviews. In the research model, we used safety, convenience,interaction, usefulness of information as positive determinants of consumers’satisfaction. On the other hand, we used communication, price, logistics asnegative determinants of consumers’ satisfaction. These seven determinantswere used as independent variable. What’s more, consumers’ satisfaction ofinternet shopping malls in China was used as intermediate variable whileWOM(Word-of-Mouth) intention was used as outcome variable. Second, for datacollection, we interviewed 304 users of internet shopping malls in China in the ageof 10 to 40. After collection, the data was analyzed through SPSS and AMOSsoftware. The analysis results almost support the hypothesis. First, safety,convenience and usefulness of information have a positive influence whileinteraction has no influence on consumers’ satisfaction of internet shopping mallsin China. Second, price, logistics have a negative influence while communicationhas no influence on consumers’ satisfaction of internet shopping malls in China.Last but not the least, consumers’ satisfaction of internet shopping malls in Chinahas positive influence on WOM intention.According to the analysis result, to improve consumers’ satisfaction, somesuggestions and inspirations could be summarized. First, internet shopping mallsshould pay attention to improve the advantages of safety, convenience andusefulness of information and ameliorate the problems of price and logistics.Second, there are some effective communication channels to be needed ininternet shopping malls. Third, internet shopping malls could build own CRMsystems.
