PM2.5 (Particulate Matter of size 2.5 µm) has been one of the most critical air pollutants in recent years, and the rise in its concentration will exacerbate the cleanroom threat. Predicting PM2.5 concentrations in semiconductor factories is critical for increasing the safety of particularly pollutant-sensitive electronic circuits. This article uses time-series data to develop a Single-Dense Layer Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory (BiLSTM) model to estimate PM2.5 concentrations in interior circumstances. The industrial-grade sensors based on edge computing were deployed, and the real-time data samples of PM2.5 concentrations were acquired. In respect of MSE, RMSE, MAE, and MAPE, the proposed model outperformed the other existing models. These findings reveal that the proposed Single-Dense Layer BiLSTM approach has a significant low error in predicting PM2.5 concentration in a semiconductor plant cleanroom.
이 기사에서는 시계열 데이터를 사용하여 BiLSTM(Single-Dense Layer Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory) 모델을 개발하여 내부 환경의 PM2.5 농도를 추정합니다.
