The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of kunsinkikong-paldangum training on fitness and pulmonary function of women. 128(55~65 aged) females participated in the experiments. All posticipants were randomly divided into exercise group(n=63) and control group(n=65). Exercise group performed kunsinkikong-paldangum training l hour/day, 5 times/week, for 6 months. Muscular strength(strength of grip), flexibility(sit and reach), balance(standing on one leg with eyes closed), and pulmonary function(forced vital capacity) were measured at pre and post exercise. The data were analyzed by using SPSS (Version 18.0). All values were expressed as means ± SD.
