본 연구는 청소년의 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이 주요 목적이었다.이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 구체적인 연구 문제를 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 첫째, 청소년의 가족건강성, 성취목표지향성, 진로성숙도는 어떤 상관이 있을 것인가? 둘째, 청소년의 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과가 있을 것인가? 셋째,청소년의 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 하위요인이 매개효과가 있을 것인가? 이다.본 연구는 중학교 2∼3학년 남,여 학생을 대상으로 2023년 5월 9일부터 2023년 5월 26일까지 약 3주간 자기보고 응답방식 설문을 실시하여 총 222명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 25.0통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도측정, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석, 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA)과 독립표본 t-검정(test)을 실시하였다.분석된 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 가족건강성, 진로성숙도, 성취목표지향성의 상관관계를 살펴보았을 때, 세 변인 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다.둘째, 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성이 부분매개효과를 보인다는 점을 확인하였다.셋째, 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 하위요인별 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 성취목표지향성의 하위요인 중 숙달접근이 완전매개효과를 보이고 수행접근이 부분매개효과를 보인다는 점을 확인하였다.본 연구는 성취목표지향성이 가족건강성과 진로성숙도 간의 관계를부분매개했다는 것을 규명하였으며, 이는 청소년의 가족건강성이 진로성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 그 경로에서 성취목표지향성이 간접적인 영향을 주기도 한다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 성취목표지향성 중에서도 숙달접근이 완전매개하고 수행접근이 부분매개한다는 것을 규명하였다. 숙달접근이 완전매개한다는 것은 청소년의 가족건강성이 숙달접근을 증가시키고, 이러한 숙달접근이 진로성숙도를 증가시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 수행접근이 부분매개한다는 것은 가족건강성이 진로성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 수행접근를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치기도 한다는 것을 의미한다.이러한 결과를 기초로 청소년의 건강한 발달을 위한 논의와 제언을하였다.
The main purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a mediating effect of achievement goal orientation in the relationship between adolescents' family health and career maturity. To achieve this research purpose, specific research questions were set as follows. First, what is the relationship between adolescents’ family health, achievement goal orientation, and career maturity? Second, will there be a mediating effect of achievement goal orientation in the relationship between adolescents' family health and career maturity? Third, will the subfactor of achievement goal orientation have a mediating effect in the relationship between adolescents' family health and career maturity? This study collected data from a total of 222 people by conducting a self-report response survey for male and female students in the second and third grades of middle school for approximately three weeks from May 9, 2023 to May 26, 2023. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS/PC 25.0 statistical program, including frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability measurement, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and independent sample t-test. was carried out. The analyzed research results are summarized as follows. First, when examining the correlation between family health, career maturity, and achievement goal orientation, a statistically significant positive correlation was found for all three variables. Second, the mediating effect of achievement goal orientation in the relationship between family health and career maturity was verified, and it was confirmed that achievement goal orientation showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between family health and career maturity. Third, the mediating effect of each subfactor of achievement goal orientation was verified in the relationship between family health and career maturity, and it was confirmed that among the subfactors of achievement goal orientation, the mastery approach showed a complete mediating effect and the performance approach showed a partial mediating effect. did. This study found that achievement goal orientation partially mediated the relationship between family health and career maturity, which means that although adolescents' family health has a direct effect on career maturity, achievement goal orientation also has an indirect effect in that path. It means doing it. In addition, it was found that among achievement goal orientations, the mastery approach fully mediated and the performance approach partially mediated. The fact that mastery approach is fully mediated means that the adolescent's family health increases mastery approach, and this mastery approach increases career maturity. Partial mediation by the performance approach means that family health has a direct effect on career maturity, but it also has an indirect effect through the performance approach. Based on these results, discussions and suggestions were made for the healthy development of adolescents.
