This study is attending Qing Dao China, Gyeongju targeting the customer who had visited the fastfood shop-'Wei Qian La Mian' to study their thought about Human services, servicescape, satisfaction and behavioral intention. Depending on the purpose of this study on the basis of existing literature and research hypotheses set for the empirical analysis through the survey data were collected. 237 parts of the finally obtained valid samples in this study was used as analysis data. and the result is as follow.The Human services is classified from one-factor, the servicescape is classified from indoor environment factor, Space layout and functional convenience factor, symbols and sculptures factor; satisfaction and behavioral intention are classified from one-factor.The Human service watch positive(+) effect to be satisfaction; two factors(indoor environment factor, Space layout and functional convenience factor) showed positive(+) effect to bo satisfaction, but symbols and sculptures factor is did not.Finally, The satisfaction showed positive(+) effect to be behavioral intention.Key Word: Human service, Servicescape, Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention, Chinese Fast-food
