In the past decade, many traditional food companies in Korea have built their online shopping malls with financial support and guidance from the government. Such government support and initiative gives small and medium-sized traditional food companies motivation and an incentive to expand their sales channels online and provides various marketing channels and product advertisements. Even though they introduce the online shopping mall in Korea, the repurchase rate of actual visitors, buyers, and customers of online shopping malls are not high. In particular, due to the nature of the Korean online market, online shopping marketing is dominated by the various large-size online shopping malls and platforms owned by conglomerates. Therefore, it is not easy to compete with those big companies without having competitive advantages and advanced technologies. In this situation, what should traditional food companies' online shopping malls do to induce customers to visit and secure their profitability continuously? Also, through what psychological process and factors do customers have a repurchase intention? These are the research question of this study.Previous research on product repurchase intention already suggests satisfaction (Mihyun Ryu & Seungshin Lee, 2013) and product and service quality (Sunro Lee & Yeonoh Jeong, 2008) as representative antecedent variables the repurchase intention in the online and offline market. For this purpose, we adopt the expectation-confirmation model developed by Oliver (1980). This study proposes a research model to the above research questions through the theory from Oliver (1980), tries to introduce the new concept of information, service, and product expectations and quality for the factors that will influence the confirmation and satisfaction. For the study, we adopted the online survey method. We collect the survey from 438 customers who have experienced using an actual traditional food online shopping mall. The collected data was analyzed using the Jamovi statistical tool and Adanco, a PLS-SEM(Structural Equation Model) software. This study suggests academic and practical implications related to customer management of online shopping malls of small traditional food companies, which have been continuously increasing for several years, especially due to the pandemic.
