The purpose of this study is to derive and systematize forest-based therapeutic service elements that reflect the physical and psychosocial characteristics and the medical study results of cancer survivors in order to revitalize support for cancer survivors. National and social interest in post-treatment care of cancer survivors is increasing due to the rapid increase in cancer survivors but services to support cancer survivors are insufficient and the research on service elements and systematization of forest-based therapeutic service that use medical research results on the therapy of cancer survivors is very insufficient. Service elements were identified by systematically selecting and analyzing articles related to cancer survivors, the systematic structure of forest-based therapeutic services was proposed by categorizing the identified service elements and Focus Group Interview(FGI) was conducted to review the appropriateness of the service elements and systematic structure. The review items are the appropriateness of the identified service elements and the appropriateness of the hierarchical classification system of the Level I(service type)-Level II(service sub-type)-Level III(service element) of the service elements. As a result of the FGI review, we proposed a systematic structure of forest-based therapeutic service elements to support cancer survivors of three Level I categories, eight Level II categories, and twenty five Level III categories and the importance of each service elements using Likert 5 points were evaluated by evaluating the importance of each service elements. The results of this study are expected to be useful for establishing forest welfare plans, building forest welfare facilities, and developing forest welfare programs, contributing to boosting support for cancer survivors and providing customized service elements.
