Rural education is the cornerstone of education in China, in order to improve the rural education, to enhance the overall level of China's education, promote the all-round development of the national economy. The State Council issued the "Rural Teacher Support Program (2015-2020)", many provinces with the positive response, formulate relevant documents, and earnestly implement the rural teacher support program. The major of Chinese Language and Literature, which directly corresponding to the teaching of Chinese course in primary and secondary schools, is the focus of the program, and the development of training programs is directly related to the growth of rural teachers. In this regard, J iangsu provinces, as the leader of China’s education, combined with the actual situation around, and strive to explore the training programs, reasonable planning credits, emphasizing the student’s text reading, enhancing the professional skills of teachers, and increasing the content of practical teaching, in order to facilitate the long-term development of rural t each ers. T h e program h as a c ertain t ypical a nd exemplary, however, to enhance the students' practicality of vocational skills, local culture study, field survey, etc, it still needs further strengthening.Perfecting rural teacher training scheme, which is beneficial to the overall development of the country's rural teachers support plan.
乡村教育是中国教育的基石, 为了进一步完善乡村教育, 以提升中国 教育的整体水平, 促进国家经济的全面发展, 国务院印发《乡村教师支 持计划(2015—2020年)》的通知, 各省随之积极响应, 纷纷制定相关文 件, 切实落实乡村教师支持计划。汉语言文学专业, 直接对应中小学的 语文课程教学, 是该计划中所涉及的重点专业, 而培养方案的制定直接关乎乡村教师的成长。在这方面, 作为中国教育事业领头羊的江苏省, 结合各地实际情况, 努力探索培养方案, 合理规划学分, 强调学生的文 本阅读量、提升教师职业技能、增加实践教学内容, 以利于乡村教师 的长远发展。该方案虽然具有一定的典型性和示范性, 但是在增强学 生职业技能的实用性、地方文化的学习、田野调查等方面, 还有待进 一步的加强。不断完善乡村教师培养方案, 有利于全国乡村教师支持 计划的整体发展。
