In this study, we sought to investigate the influence of the service landscape of social innovation companies on visitors' revisit intention and to examine the activation of online services by examining the moderating effect of online services. As a result of the study, the service landscape of social innovation companies was composed of four factors: spatiality, convenience, cleanliness, and accessibility, and the intention to revisit included the intention to use or visit again in the future, as well as the intention to word of mouth to others. The survey was conducted online targeting customers who used the services of social innovation companies. As a result of distributing 600 questionnaires, 402 questionnaires were used for analysis. Using SPSS and AMOS, we secured convergent validity and discriminant validity through frequency analysis, validity, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and then verified the hypothesis through path analysis. As a result of the hypothesis testing, the spatiality of Hypothesis 1-1 was found to have a significant effect on revisit intention. On the other hand, convenience in Hypothesis 1-2 did not have a significant effect on intention to revisit, and cleanliness in Hypothesis 1-3 was found to have a significant effect on intention to revisit, similar to the service landscape of a general company. Hypothesis 1 Accessibility of -4 was also found to have a very significant effect on revisit intention. Additionally, for Hypothesis 2, a path analysis was conducted by constructing an interaction term between online service factors and service scape factors. As a result of path analysis, the interaction terms of spatiality × online service, convenience × online service, and accessibility × online service were found to have a significant effect. These results confirm once again the importance of servicescape for social innovation companies, and suggest that it is necessary to implement various services for online services in the future.
