We investigated four resected cases of CoCC observed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) using Sonazoid. The major findings in these cases by CEUS using Sonazoid were (1) early enhancement (concentration of dendritic cells) in the arterial dominant phase, (2) faint enhancement in the portal dominant phase, (3) contrast defect in the post-vascular phase, and (4) Dalma-like forms, formation of notch, and vascular penetration. CoCC shows various imaging findings as a result of its different pathological forms. CEUS using Sonazoid can be useful for the diagnosis of CoCC.
