Only one DGVSCMG can perform three-axis attitude control and save space inside the spacecraft. We have constructed a control system for a DGVSCMG and confirmed the performance through some numerical experiments. The purpose of this study is to experimentally verify the control performance. In this paper, the experimental unit is driven as a CMG, and attitude control around the vertical axis is performed. At that time, batteries are mounted on the experimental unit, so that cables do not disturbe the attitude control. We confirmed that the attitude control performance around the vertical axis was similar to the result of the numerical experiment.
