In job searching situation, it is important to understand factors because of which employers determine hiring selection. However, it is difficult for job-seekers to understand the factors. Now, we focused on job matching data of Public Employment Service Offices(PESO). The data is about individual job placement, and consists of hiring or rejection result and comments about the reason. In this paper, we used text mining and investigated hiring selection reason. Specifically, we presented the way of extracting useful information from PESO data and tried to extract the hiring determinant by analyzing employed person as results of hiring selection.
