Bamboo fiber reinforced poly(L-lactide) and polyamide11 were prepared under a variety of conditions in order to improve the mechanical and anti-weathering properties of bioplastics. Reinforcement using bamboo fiber of 5cm length in coexistence of silane coupling agent having epoxy-group was effective for the improvement of the mechanical and anti-weathering properties of bioplastics.
