Therefore, to analyze how these independent variables account for the influence of the dependent variable, multi-regression analysis was performed. The result of the analysis is as follows: “Convenience(Con)” resulted with a t-score of 2.998 with a P-value of 0.003. With the significance level of p<0.05, the alternative hypothesis of convenience as a significant factor was accepted. “Scale(Sca)” resulted with a t-score of 1.529 with a P-value of 0.129. With the significance level of p<0.05, the alternative hypothesis of effect as a significant factor was rejected. “Effect(Eff)” resulted with a t-score of 2.607 with a P-value of 0.010. With the significance level of p<0.05, the alternative hypothesis of Effect as a significant factor was accepted. In conclusion, to increase the dependent variable “(Sat: Satisfaction)”, strengthening the ability of management consultant in “convenience” as well as “effect” should be implemented to further increase user satisfaction.
