The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among well-being-oriented behavior, passion and health-perception of golf participants. The subject for this research consisted of 222 customers who took a golf lesson in golf driving ranges around Seoul, Gyeonnggi, Daejeon. Sejong and daegu. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS Version 18.0. and Amos 18.0 program. Main findings were as follows: First, well-being-oriented behavior had a positive effect on exercise passion(harmonious passion). Second, well-being-oriented behavior had not effect on health-perception. Third, well-being-oriented behavior had not effect on exercise passion(obsessive passion). Fourth, exercise passion(harmonious passion) had a positive effect on health-perception. Fifth, exercise passion(obsessive passion) had a negative effect on health-perception.
