This study is about part-time employees who have been historically marginalized within organizations, a major research subject in the internal marketing research area. The research results are as follows. First, organizational environmental factors such as job-related colleagues, job-related responsibility, and employment stability were found to have a significant impact on organizational commitment. Second, there was no significant relationship between job-related colleagues, job-related responsibility, and job satisfaction, and employment stability was found to have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, the influence relationship between job-related colleagues, job-related responsibility, and turnover intention was found to be insignificant. Fourth, a significant relationship was found between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Fifth, MBTI preference was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between employment stability and turnover intention. The findings can guide small business owners and self-employed individuals who employ such workers in effective human resource management.
