The individual location of the factory was accelerated by deregulates building regulations and simplifies environmental impact assessment procedures to facilitate the expansion of factories in non-urban areas such as natural green areas. As a result, non-urban areas such as natural green areas continued to increase the location of avoiding facilities such as factories, and the deterioration of the residential environment was accelerated by chemicals, noise, and odors emitted from these facilities. The existing residential environment evaluation study focused on expanding facilities and infrastructure maintenance projects such as the HEMI so the evaluation framework for residents’ health and safety of environmental avoidance facilities is insufficient. In this study, the RERI model was developed by accepting climate change risk assessment models such as IPCC, and the residential environment suitability was evaluated by the residential environment risk as a receptor.
