This study researched the effects of corporate ethical climate and supervisors’ ethical leadership on members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment targeting the members of China Post Group Corp. First, in the effects of ethical climate on job satisfaction, the caring climate and principle climate had positive(+) effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The self-interest climate had significantly negative(-) effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This means an amicable and positive corporate ethical climate has important effects on its members’ job attitude. In other words, the corporate ethical climate and ethical leadership of caring each other and obeying the principles and norms could be important factors that improve the members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, in the moderating effects of ethical leadership on the relations of ethical climate, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the caring climate and principle climate showed moderating effects in the significant level. On the other hand, the self-interest climate was not significant. Such results of the analysis show that the practice of caring climate and principle climate in relations of corporate ethical leadership, ethical climate, and job satisfaction, has the moderating effects on the strengthening of members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Generally, the ethical leadership that could be an important corporate function should be understood as an important factor that improves the members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on such results of the analysis, this study discussed the significance and implications of the research on ethical climate and ethical leadership, and lastly discussed the limitations of this study and the direction of researches in the future.
