Previous research has found that Korean learning content on social media is more convenient but less interactive compared to the offline classroom. In this study, we will present a sample for the development of interactive Korean learning content on social media. For this research, a Chinese social media platform(Bilibili) has been analyzed to determine its adaptability for creating interactive Korean language learning content. Two features of the platform have been identified as advantages. First one is the bullet screen(弹幕) system provided by the platform that creates a new mode of user communication. The second one is the interactive video(互动视频) service that had potential to improve the interaction between users and the content. To benefit from these features and to cater to the needs of users an interactive video with the theme of TOPIK exam preparation has been designed. In this video, users could create their unique content and also communicate with other users through the bullet screen system. Users' feedback upon the participation has revealed their positive response to both the educational and interactive side of the content.
