This paper endeavors to explore the solution for Korean Church crisis through the Improvement of Theological Education. Because those are based on Deficit of Theological Education and Professor on Theological Seminary. It is consist of Hardware and Software in analysis frame. Education place, professor(s), student(s) are divided as hardware, educational environment, purpose, curriculum, contents are as software. The result of comparison, similarity is 3 years of completion term, too much things to do ministry, training pastors as the purpose of education. The difference, Jesus’s discipline is only Jesus as professor, just 12 people as disciple without fixed classroom, focused field based ministrial education through practice. On the other hand, theological seminary focued lecture based on theories with many professors and students in the fixed classrooms. The academical carrier of professors and students of seminary is higher than Jesus. The seminary is fragmentized, divided into each other detail majors in spite of many deep level textbooks. The Space, Time, Professor between ministry training and education in seminary seperated also. The Implication of this research is the necessity of transition to training based field, combination with spirituality, personality, academical information, enhancing problem solving skill for the better korean church.
