The project aims to develop an instrument to examine Korean youth morality, based on James Rest's four component model; questionnaire was developed across four areas, moral sensitivity, moral reasoning, moral motivation, and moral character. This was the second year of the project and aimed to finalize the instrument based on the results of the pilot test conducted last year, apply it to middle school student in national level and standardize it. Particularly, the study focused on classification of individual’s moral type (i.e. strength and weakness) to provide one’s specified moral aspects. The procedure of the study was generally described, and political and educational implications were suggested.
