The purpose of this research was to strengthen the competitiveness of the teakwondo studio by investigating the structural connection between the the Parents` recognized image of the teakwondo studio's leader, the quality of the relationship and aiming at a long-term relationship. For this, we conducted a survey during November ~ December, 2018 with 250 pre-school children's parents who are using teakwondo studios located in Seoul and Geoynggi-do province, and we used 232 from this research for final analysis. We used SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 to analyze the data and the result follows. First, the image of the teakwondo studio's leader works positively for the quality of the relationship. Second, the image of the teakwondo studio's leader works positvely when aiming at a long-term relationship, except the factors concerning expertise. Third, the quality of the relationship works positively when aiming at a long-term relationship. So, we came to the conclusion that the teakwondo studio should work hard to improve the image of the leader and should try to improve the quality of the relationship between trainees and school parents. These efforts will make the operation of the teakwondo studio more effective in the long term.
