The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program for living culture for children and to applicate that program on children and to analyze the change of attitude and knowledge for living culture. A living Culture Program focused on Seonal, Jeongwal daeboreum, Dano, Chilwal chilsuk, Chuseok and Dongji containg contents of clothing, food, housing, season`s custom, traditional play. This program was contained various activity related with Seonal, Jeongwal daeboreum, Dano, Chilwal chilsuk, Chuseok and Dongji and consisted of 30 hours about 21 subjects with teaching and learning lesson plan, workbooks, education materials. The living Culture Program was applied to children(5thgrade). The positive effects on the change of attitude and knowledge for living culture. In attitude for living culture, mean scores of need of living culture education, interest of making traditional food, interest of traditional play were significantly increased. In knowledge for living culture, the knowledge of Seonal and Chuseok were not significantly increased. the knowledge of Jeongwal daeboreum, Dano, Chilwal chilsuk, Dongji were significantly increased.
