The purpose of this study were to verify the correlation between social support and subjective happiness and career maturity of elementary school students, and to improve children's happiness and career maturity. To this end, 608 fifth and sixth graders from three elementary schools in D, South Chungcheong Province, were selected for research, SPSS 18.0 program was used for the results of the study are as follows. First of all, there was a significant difference between subjective well-being and career maturity depending on the level of social support. Second, in the correlation between social support, subjective happiness, and career maturity, social support showed a significant positive correlation with subjective and career maturity. Third, the effect of social support on subjective happiness and career maturity was found to have a meaningful effect, Through this study, it was found that not only one support affects elementary school students, but also many support. Based on these supports, elementary school students confirmed that they can experience happiness, explore themselves, and design their future positively through positive support. Therefore, it suggests that parents, teachers, friends, etc. can play the role of desirable social supporters, and that they can provide information on educational programs aimed at improving elementary school students' happiness and career maturity.
