Parcel delivery services are undergoing various changes due to the Living Logistics Service Development Act, delivery by unmanned transport means, last-mile delivery, diversity of parcel logistics entities. However, work processes and managed information vary among different parcel logistics companies, thereby hindering the linkage and sharing of logistics information among them. Various problems are occurring as a result, including disconnection of information, poor work efficiency, absence of digital logistics information, and excessive costs and times due to delivery errors. A standardized e-waybill document is necessary to facilitate the linkage of information among various parcel logistics entities due to the interface between manned and unmanned transport means and the subdivision of parcel logistics business processes. Therefore, this paper intends to propose a generic and standardized process and information model for parcel delivery waybill based on the international standard methodology.
