This study investigated the effect of support, and education of franchise headquarters of food service industry in renewal of the contract intent through trust between the headquarter and franchise. The research model set support, and education as exogeneous variables, trust that get influenced by these variables as parameters, and composed structural equation model with renewal of the contract intent as an endogenous variable. The data used in the analysis was collected from 381 questionnaires among questionnaire conducted on 400 subsistence food service franchises smaller than 30-pyeong in Daejon Choongnam region. For empricial analysis, this study conducted frequency analysis and basic statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0, and verified fitness and hypothesis of the structural equation model using AMOS 21.0. As a result of model estimation, a hypothesis 1 and 2 that support and education of franchise headquarter will make positive effect on trust were adopted. This signifies that the effort of headquarter for franchise stores as various support activities and continuous education improve mutual trust between the headquarter and franchise. Support and education ultimately play an important role in management results of franchise headquarter and franchise stores, stable profit structure created through this process is fruitful and very important in maintaining friendly and long-term business relations, and franchise headquarter and franchise stores have interest in mutual relationship and makes positive effect on contract renewal as well. Hypothesis 3 that trust between franchise headquarter and franchise stores will make positive effect on renewal of the contract intent turned out to be significant.
