In this study, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the wrist, shoulder joint, knee joint, and cardiorespiratory fitness of amateur golfers using a burn machine. The subjects of this study consisted of adult male amateur golf society in their 30s to 50s into two groups an exercise group (n = 10) and a control group (n = 10). As a result of a study, there was no difference between the wrist and shoulder extensor after training. However, the flexor muscle was significantly increased in the exercise group(EG) compared to the control group(CG). There was no difference between the extensor and flexors of the left and right knee, and cardiopulmonary fitness. In conclusion, it was found that the burn machine training significantly increased the wrist and shoulder extensors of amateur golfers.
