In this article, I focus on the linguistic characteristics and functions of the three expressions of 'Zhiyan(goblet words/pouring words)', 'Yuyan(imputed words)', and 'Chongyan(refeatable words) or Zhongyan(weighty words)' in Zhuangzi, and especially from the pragmatic function of 'zhiyan'. My purpose is to examine the basis of linguistic philosophy on the thought structure of Zhuangzi . Traditional commentators pointed out that the expressive functions of each of the so-called 'three saying-styles of Zhuangzi' in the chapter 'Yuyan' of each containing meaning in Zhuangzi, are defined differently. Sima Qian, famous historian of Han china, expressed the form of 'Yuyan' as the central linguistic style of expressing the text of Zhuangzi. However, come to the Song China, Lü Huiqing, literati in Song china, defined 'Zhiyan' as the central form of expression in the text of Zhuangzi. My paper defined Zhiyan as the core and fundamental thought principle of the entire language style of Zhuangzi, and supported the position that Yuyan and Chongyan are merely the two most representative expression modes of Zhiyan. In addition, I argued that Zhiyan expresses the thoughts contained in Zhuangzi's text and constructs the practical process of 'You(wondering)', 'Hua(changing/becoming)', and Wang(forgetting) as a thinking mechanism that guides the reader's thinking activity. Thus, there are two directions in the process of You: the process of 'Hua' in which thinking progresses from the 'Tao-jing' (the realm of the Tao, the Way)' to the 'Wu-jing' (the realm of things), and the 'Wang' process that flows from 'Wu-jing' to 'Dao-jing'. therefore, I argued that this two thinking processes of Zhuangzi's text are opposite direction, and revealed that these two processes correspond to two thinking aspects of the overall process of 'You'(flowing).
