The objective of the research was to discover the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey targeting the college students of China, and statistical analysis was conducted on 819 copies of the questionnaire. The review results of these research are as follows. First, it was found that the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competency of Chinese college students had a positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial competency had significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, in the outcome of survey the mediating effects of entrepreneurial competence(problem solving competency, learning competency, collaboration competency) on the relation between entrepreneurship(need for achievement, risk taking, self efficacy) and entrepreneurial intention showed that there was partial mediating effects. This means that the entrepreneurship has direct effects on entrepreneurial intention, and also has indirect influences on it through entrepreneurial competence. The significance important of this study is to examine the impact relation between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention focusing on the cultivation of entrepreneurship of college students. Finally, based on such outcome, this study examined the theoretical and practical implications related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of college students.
