A tabletop gyrotron is under development at FIR FU. A magnetron injection gun, a cavity resonator and an internal mode converter were newly designed. As the results of new design, the cavity oscillation power is expected to achieve 0.5 ∼ 1 kW at 203.4 GHz and the output wave will be converted to Gaussian beam.
