We demonstrate a high-linearity Fourier domain mode locking optoelectronic oscillator based on electrically-controlled fast-scanning stimulated Brillouin scattering. Linearly chirped microwave waveforms with frequency sweep linearity of 1.7% and precisely-set frequency sweep range are generated.
