Based on circular piezoelectric bimorph vibrator in supporting ways of edge-fixed as piezoelectric-driven components, audio signals converted to vibration signals, a novel kind of circular Piezoelectric Bone Conduction Hearing Device (PBCHD) is proposed by means of bone conduction (BC). Analysis parameters of impact on the performance of piezoelectric are analysed by using of FEM analysis, the optimization of piezoelectric vibrator supporting ways is programmed. PBCHD are designed and manufactured, the experiment is carried out, the curve of structure parameters of impact on the performance of PBCHD are given. Experimental studies show that: the basic performance of PBCHD can meet the requirements of bone conduction hearing device (BCHD).
